Returns and exchange Policy
No exchanges at the moment due to the current pandemic. This is for the purpose of protecting our customers. All items have been packaged with the utmost care by people wearing personal protective equipment.
Items can only be sent back for a full return if the items have a manufacture defect. They must be sent back unused and in their original condition.
Once we receive the items, they will be inspected. For items sent in original condition and un damaged, your money will be returned within the following 3-5 business days. However, if the items have scratches, damage to the bottom soles, or stains, the items will be sent back to you and money will not be returned.
To prevent unnecessary scratches to the bottom sole of boots, we recommend you try them on and walk in carpeted areas only.
